easy access access to skybus standard breakfast choice of pillow uncomfortable bed coffee availability decaf coffee rude staff

the hotel sits close to southern cross station. it offered easy access to skybus station.. it is convenient. the breakfast was included and standard. it included two choices of pillows.

the bed was very uncomfortable. plates were taken away when i was not finished eating.. it was rude. no decaf coffee was available. i had to fetch it myself after a long day of traveling.
